Webregular aquaphor (like the stuff you buy for tattoo healing) has lanolin in it. Moisten lips with a bit of water (not saliva) and then put a layer of aquaphor over it. Webmy endocrinologist told me to use aquaphor down there. It helps with moisture, and for me it helps with any smell until it dries up. I use it pretty much everytime after i shower.
